Understand your results. Start with one small change.
Your results say more when they are part of your story. Lupa relates them to your symptoms and habits so you can understand what changed, choose one small adjustment and follow how it works for you over time.
Step by step
You’ll need a lab result saved in Lua to follow these steps. If you haven’t added one yet, use the + button in the conversation.
Open Lupa
Open the Lua menu and choose Lupa to enter the conversation about your lab results.
Choose what you want to understand
Tap Your studies above the message field and open the result you want to review as part of your story.
Try one small change
Return to the conversation and ask: “What pattern do you see across these results, my symptoms and my recent habits? Help me choose one small change to try this week.” Then come back and tell Lupa how it went.
Frequently asked questions
How do I add a new lab result?
Use the + button in the conversation. Your studies is where you find the results you have already saved.
How do I start the conversation?
Try asking: “What pattern do you see across these results, my symptoms and my recent habits?” Then ask for one small, concrete change you can try and observe this week.
Does Lupa give everyone the same advice?
It does not begin with a generic recommendation. Lupa uses the available context from your lab results, symptoms and habits to explain possibilities and help you choose a reasonable next step.
