Gut-hormone axis (estrobolome)

Connects food directly with hormones: gut bacteria that metabolize estrogens and progestogens, dysbiosis as an accelerator of menopause, and the unique role of the Mesoamerican diet.

M1 — Reproductive clock and delaying perimenopause

Discover what determines when perimenopause begins and select the first causal, measurable and manipulable node whose modification could delay the transition without shortening fertile function or displacing harm.
